UK50 Cancellation and refund policy.

At UK50, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. To ensure fairness and transparency, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:

1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
‍
- A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the first scheduled day of the event, regardless of a participant’s individual game schedule.
‍
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the first scheduled day of the event.
The first scheduled day is defined as the official event start date, not the day an individual player is scheduled to compete.

‍2. Event Postponement or Cancellation by UK50

- If UK50 cancels the event for any reason, all participants will receive a full refund.
‍
- If the event is postponed, all registrations will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date. Participants unable to attend the new date will be eligible for a full refund if they notify UK50 within 7 days of the postponement announcement.

3. Injuries & Unforeseen Personal Circumstances

- If a participant is injured before the event and cannot compete, a partial refund or credit toward a future UK50 event may be offered at UK50’s discretion. A doctor’s note or valid proof of injury will be required.

- No refunds will be granted for no-shows, travel disruptions, or personal scheduling conflicts.

4. Extreme Weather & Venue Issues

- UK50 events operate rain or shine unless conditions pose a safety risk.

- In cases of severe weather, venue closures, or other unforeseen circumstances, UK50 will communicate any changes as soon as possible. If an event is canceled due to these reasons and cannot be rescheduled, participants will receive a full refund.

5. How to Request a Cancellation

‍ To request a cancellation or refund, please contact info@uk50.org with your registration details. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days if eligible. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to delivering an elite basketball experience at UK50.
